Penthouse Mouse

Penthouse Mouse (PHM) is a temporary fashion store, arts and events space that give young Australian designers and artists the opportunity to show their current range during the L’Oreal Melbourne Fashion Festival (LMFF).  PHM encompasses site-specific artworks, runway shows, live photo shoots as well as lots of other random happenings.

We’ll be showing in Penthouse Mouse’s MidMouse runway and party on Friday 12th March, along with other labels Autonomy, Leonard Street, Satu, Ok Ok, Subfusco and From Britten.

Penthouse Mouse is open from 11 – 9pm Daily 6th – 19th March 2010 and located in the former Naval and Millitary Club in Coates Lane (off Little Collins Street).

Spring/Summer 2010 Campaign

Last week we flew down to Sydney to shoot our Spring/Summer 2010 Lookbook and Campaign. Blessed with a ridiculously amazing location on the rooftop of an apartment in Bondi, having a view all the way down the beach and also of the city. Setting up a party scene with a bunch of friends turned out easier than expected, and the campaign is definitely looking like it’s to be our best yet.

We want to thank the Academy For Men Magazine Crew for setting everything up for us; the stylist, models, Benn Wood the photographer, Tonight Bondi for jewellery and accessories, Vans and Shay Alexander for lending us shoes as well shooting all the fun behind the scenes.

Alexander Wang gets greasy

Please don’t try this at home should be the disclaimer on Alexander Wang’s hairstyle for his Fall2010 collection.

Having super greasy slicked hair may look cool on a model walking a runway, but if i have to see teenage girls out and about with gross dirty hair because they’re trying to copy this look i’m going to have issues.

ps. that goes for guys too

Love Magazine – collect all eight

The third issue of Love magazine is out and it certainly caught our attention. There are eight different covers featuring a basically nude Lara Stone,  Naomi Campbell, Kristen McMenamy, Amber Valletta, Natalia Vodianova, Daria Werbowy, Jeneil Williams and Kate Moss, photographed by Mert & Marcus. So whose your favourite?
